Exeter Snare (micro)

The Exeter Snare Micro was uniquely designed to retrieve foreign bodies from small vessel structures.

Special features: The Exeter Snare Micro retrieval allows simplified retrieval of foreign bodies like lost catheters, wire guides, stent and guide wire as well as coil manipulation in small vessels. This special device is a real emergency tool for every interventionalist.
Technical features: By combining such unique features like open loop nitinol wire snare with high pulling forces, 1:1 torque capabilities small size introducer sheath 3F, the Exeter Snare Micro is the solution to retrieving with ease and confidence. The high visibility is guaranteed through a special gold plated tungsten.

THE EXETER SNARE MICRO CARDIOVASCULAR RETRIEVER

  • 1. Over the wire
  • The over-the-wire capability of the Exeter Snare Micro sheath is compatible with a 0.018” Guide Wire, making delivery of the retrieval snare easier as well as enhancing stability and trackability.
  • 2. Open-loop snare
The Exeter Snare Micro is the only full open loop retriever on the market with real 3-dimensional retrieval functions. The high upstanding force plus a 1:1 torque and loop diameters ranging from 2,4 and 7 mm together with a tapered micro delivery sheath of 3-2.3F makes it the emergency device of choice.
  • 3. Introducer sheath
The kink-resistant micro sheath catheter provides unparalleled flexibility while enhancing delivery and track ability. A inner lying radiopaque band indicates the precise location of the sheath’s distal tip.
  • 4. Versatility
The Exeter Snare Micro achieves a high degree of vessel coverage within a wide range of vessel sizes, and is available in lengths of 175cm. With extra high pulling forces of up to 3.5kg.

Pillar Bifurcation Reconstruction Device

The Pillar is a uniquely designed peripheral bifurcation reconstruction stent for the treatment of difficult peripheral bifurcated lesions. It is an alternative to standard kissing stent techniques and alternative to the CERAB procedure.
The immense benefit for the patient and the physician is the ability for cross over maneuvers at a later stage in case it is needed.
It can also be used in other bifurcated cases. Therefore please contact AndraTec directly to get further information

Where can the Pillar device be used for…

  • CERAB-procedures – (Covered Endovascular Reconstruction Aortic Bifurcation)
  • Aortic and/or aorto iliacal reconstruction with a non-covered stent
  • Leriche Syndrome
  • mono iliac or bi-‐iliac occlusion
  • Internal Iliac Reconstruction to increase the blood flow to the internal iliac
and support the surrounding vessels with sufficient flow

Design and surgical strategy implemented by Prof. J.Pillai / engineered by AndraTec

Pillow AAA Occlusion Device

The Pillow is a uniquely designed Occluder for the treatment of extra large lumina. The Pillow occluder is used especially in the peripherals to occlude the iliac during mono iliac AAA stent graft treatment.
It can also be used in cases for AAA / TAA to avoid type 1 and Type 2 endoleaks as well in the treatment of Type B-Dissections to fill the false lumen.

suggested ordering sizes are diameter 2.5 cm and length of 4cm or 8cm.

AltoSa XL PTA Balloon

Special features:

The AltoSa-XL medium to high pressure PTA catheter is based on a over the wire coaxial shaft and is 110cm in total length. The high puncture resistant non to semi compliant balloon material is mounted on the distal end of the shaft and is designed to reopen strong calcifications in large peripheral vessels.
The proximal end hosts the hub for inflation and deflation of the distal balloon and the guide wire lumen is 0.035“. The balloon is diameter specific and varies in length from 2cm, 3cm, 4 cm, and 6cm with diameters starting from 14mm and incrementally moving in 2mm up to 30mm in diameter. The right balloon size and diameter should be choosen by the physician according to the patients needs. (Note: special sizes might be available on request).

Specific features:

This unique medium to high pressure PTA is available in the lengths of 110 cm. The highly puncture resistant balloon is mounted on the distal end of the shaft. The balloon can expand up to its desired diameter. The highly flexible shaft will provide excellent push even in very tortuous vasculature. Medium to high pressures are uniquely used in calcified lesions I large vessels and non-vascular applications.

The AltoSa XL PTA Balloon

  • Flexible shaft
The highly flexible shaft allows the physician to advance the balloon in tortuous anatomy.
  • Highly resistant NYPE balloon
This particular balloon features medium to high pressures with fast inflation and deflation time.
  • Atraumatic soft tip
A flexible tapered Tip allows smooth tracking to manoeuvre the balloon to its final destination even through very tight lesions.
  • Low sheath compatibility
The low profile allows a smaller sheath compatibility, which makes the AltoSa-XL the 1st choice of balloons to be combined with modern vascular interventions such as large stents and treating highly resistant lesions.

AltoSa SFT Compliant Large Lumen PTA Balloon

Special features:

The AltoSa-SFT compliant PTA balloon is a peripheral balloon for the use in the peripheral vascular system. It is providing the operator a safe tool to expand peripheral stent graft devices, which need a final expansion and wall attachment. The fast inflation and deflation time will ultimately save valuable time in the OR and provide extra safety for this procedure.

Specific features:

This particular balloon is available in the lengths of 100 cm and 65 cm. The highly expandable polyurethane balloon is mounted on the distal end of the shaft. The balloon can gently expand up to 46mm diameter and the balloon length is 4cm. The guidewire lumen is 0.035” and this highly flexible shaft will provide excellent push even in very tortuous vasculature.

The AltoSa-SFT PTA peripheral moulding balloon

  • Flexible shaft
The highly flexible shaft allows the physician to advance the balloon in tortuous anatomy.
  • Polyurethane balloon
This particular balloon features very fast inflation and deflation time which allows the physician to minimize procedural time and x-ray exposure.
  • Atraumatic soft tip
A very soft flexible tapered Tip allows smooth tracking to manoeuvre the balloon to its final destination without getting caught in the stent struts of the stent graft.
  • Low sheath compatibility
The very low profile allows a smaller sheath compatibility, which makes the AltoSa-SFT the 1st choice to be combined with modern vascular stent grafts.
